Business advice has opinions. We focus on the evidence.

BizFacts is an independent editorial and research publication for people starting, running, and explaining businesses.

What we publish

BizFacts publishes practical guides, canonical fact pages, data-backed trend analysis, state comparisons, and original research into how businesses operate and get discovered. At launch, the evidence base includes Census Business Formation Statistics, SBA small-business counts, BLS job-flow and survival data, Federal Reserve small-business surveys, and current agency guidance.

Who it is for

The publication serves aspiring founders, small-business owners, marketers responsible for online presence, and writers or researchers who need a statistic they can cite without reverse-engineering where it came from.

What we do not publish

We do not manufacture precision when reliable data do not exist. We do not treat a single prompt or month as proof of a broad trend. We do not build pages whose only reason to exist is an outbound link.

The promise behind the name

Facts is a product promise. Every number should have a source, a period, a definition, and an honest account of uncertainty. When the evidence is incomplete, we say so.
